All products you buy in Gdaymarket with the exception of Gift Cards, are covered by this cancellation & refund policy.
If you’ve changed your mind
We do not accept cancellation or refund where you have changed your mind about products purchased from Gdaymarket.
Exchanges
Gdaymarket will provide an exchange where you have changed your mind about a product purchased from Gdaymarket.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
It must be in its original condition, including packaging.
Faulty products
If the product you buy from Gdaymarket is faulty then we will refund the purchase price, exchange or repair the product.
For the electrical or other valued goods will be assessed by Gdaymarket or manufacturer prior to process refund or exchange.
To make a claim under the Gdaymarket cancellation & refund policy, you must return the relevant item to the warehouse. Any cost incurred by you in bringing the item to the service desk will be borne by you.
Without Proof of Purchase
We do not accept any refund without proof of purchase.
Promotional products
Promotional products are only eligible for refund or exchange if those items are faulty.
Fresh food and meal kits
Refund or exchange for Fresh food and meal kits are acceptable only if those items are already expired at the point of delivery or initially damaged on the package.
Chiller Bag for home delivery service Policy
As part of our commitment to a greener future, we encourage each customer providing own chiller bag for fresh and frozen products at the delivery location. For example, in front of entrance door. This will secure your fresh and frozen products in good condition. We are not liable for any damage on fresh and frozen products incurred by the absence of chiller bag.
